Boise Education System
The city of Boise hosts Independent School District of Boise City. The district has numerous buildings plus various outbuildings and supporting facilities. Boise School District prides themselves to be on the leading edge of education, and serves over 25,000 students, and employs over 3,900 people. Their motto is Educating Today for a Better Tomorrow.

The Boise school district also has various events throughout the year. There are many sports teams which play at the local and state levels. There are several clubs at the High Schools which host events and activities throughout the year, and in the past the Band and Choirs have also held several musical programs.
